Broker Sales Manager

Terms: Promax (Contract-based)

Rate: Depends on the Territory FlexSo

Requirements:

Required to be open to working on weekends and holidays as necessary

Qualifications:

·        A graduate of BS REM or any 4-year course

·        Must have an experience in Real Estate sales or Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer handling brokers and agents

·        Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents

·        Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage

Responsibilities:

·        Source and accredit licensed brokers to promote Filinvest projects

·        Serve as a point of reference between Filinvest Land, Inc. and accredited brokers

·        Assists accredited brokers on how to best promote the company properties to attract advantageous offers

·        Mediate the dealings between brokers and buyers

·        Conceptualize and organize marketing activities/events for accredited brokers

·        Oversee accredited brokers marketing activities to ensure sales target is achieved

Sales Director

Terms: Promax (Contract-based)

Rate: Depends on the Territory FlexSo

Requirements:

Required to be open to working on weekends and holidays as necessary

Qualifications:

·        A graduate of any 2 or 4 year course or have earned at least 72 units in college

·        Must be digitally savvy, has gadget ready, and has access for stable internet connection.

·        Real estate/Sales experience is an advantage but not required

·        Fresh graduates and career-shifters

 

Responsibilities:

·        Promotes FLI properties through manning, advertisements and other effective strategies.

·        Provides site tour for ocular visits.

·        Prospects and source potential clients and provide excellent customer service

·        Ensure closing of sales

·        Prepare necessary paper works for the client and ensures collection of required documents

·        Develops and maintains client database

·        Prepares and facilitates effective client presentations

·        Renders overall Customer Service

·        Ensures efficient delivery of monthly sales target.

·        Minimum of 3 years managerial experience

·        With a ready team of Sales Managers and SalesConsultants upon joining

·        Must have a good understanding of the localreal estate market

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

·        Manages,sells and promotes inventories of all Filinvest projects.

·        Findseffective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospectedclients.

·        Establishesand manages a strong network locally andmaintain monthly sales quota.

·        Ensuresquality of accounts (requirements, documentation,etc.).

·        Rendersoverall customer service.

·        Overseesall sales activities and monitors productivity andactivation of Sales Managers and Sales consultants.

·        Supportsales managers in recruitment of quality salesconsultants.

 

 

Sales Managers

Terms: Promax (Contract-based)

Requirements:

Required to be open toworking on weekends and holidays as necessary

Qualifications:

·        Graduate of any 4-year course

·        With more than 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience

·        Minimum of 2 years managerial experience

·        With a ready team of five to eight Sales Consultants upon joining

·        Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills

·        Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage

 

Responsibilities:

·        Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual sales target and deliverables are met.

·        Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower: five (5) to eight (8) Sales Consultants, throughout the contract.

·        Develops& implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team.

·        Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.

·        Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy
